1 To upgrade syllabus and curriculum to be in-line with high Academic Standing ASEAN Universities and International Universities and join with international academic community -Form curriculum development teams with internal and external academicians
-Invite local stakeholders to get their comments and suggestions to match with local needs
-Invite comments and suggestions from internationally recognized academicians
-Review, revise and upgrade syllabus and curriculum periodically
2 To train the faculties with outstanding, highly qualified local and foreign academicians and recruit faculty and staff, all committed to advancing the University’s Vision, Mission and Values -Provide Refresher course, Trainings, invited Lectures, seminars, workshop for faculties and staff with highly qualified experts from local and abroad in their relevant fields
-Performance and Quality assessment of faculty and staff through students focusing on teaching, research output and professional behaviors
-Try to be ASEAN university network member university
-Provide exchange programs and joint degree programs with foreign universities
3 To encourage student body which demonstrates high academic achievement, team spirit, strong leadership capability, concern for others and a sense of responsibility -Provide extra curriculum activities through student body with freedom of thoughts and innovation.

4 To encourage student body which demonstrates high academic achievement, team spirit, strong leadership -Provide infrastructure for an attractive campus environment such as:
-Student’s Hostels in campus
-Faculty and staff housings
-Guest houses
-Sports ground (football/tennis/ badminton/ chess/etc.)
-Recreation centers
-High standard Library/E-library (2 shifts, 16 hr service, 7 am to 10 pm )
-Good internet assessment
-Photo museum
-Theatres, laboratories, etc.
5 To strengthen the University’s financial resources to support its educational mission -Develop human resource development training programs
-Provide lab test for local industries
-Encourage faculties to accept projects from industries and stakeholders
-Formation of Alumni association to make them support to the university for some extent
6 To promote the knowledge and experience of faculty -To recruit and retain a diverse faculty of outstanding teacher-scholars and a diverse, highly qualified, service-oriented staff
-To conduct training and retraining programmes for all staff
-To arrange exchange programmes with affiliated universities (local and abroad)
7 To facilitate diversity of perspectives, experience, and creation for qualified students -To engage students in holistic development experiences for personal and professional growth (internship & Plant Visit and business Tour)
-To create a continuum of educational opportunities with seminars and workshops
-To collaborate with the business leaders
8 Train and develop faculty and students to match with international level -Assess performance that focuses on subject mastery, research output and professional behaviors
-Provide internal trainings and conduct development workshops weekly
-Establish a system of promotion, transfer, foreign learning based on the performance scores in addition to seniority
-Enhance faculty exchange ,student exchange and field visit programs locally and internationally
9 Encourage, support, and recognize the researches and adequately reward to researchers -Organize subjectwise research teams
-Provide adequate budget and facilities for researches
-Establish linkages between academic researches and regional public and private sector
-Conduct joint researches with international institutions
